ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Work a set schedule with 3.5 days on and 3.5 days off. Come develop your skills in our complete care system with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!
SCHEDULE
- Work 34 hours per week, while receiving full time benefits

COMPENSATION
- The Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 per year
- Plus a $10,000 float differential, additional shift pay and bonus potential
- Sign on bonus and/or relocation eligibility up to $15,000
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
- Physician Assistant Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
- Experience seeing patients of all ages.
- Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.

- Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 per year plus $10k float differential, bonus potential and shift pay. Salary is based on a 34 hour work week.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Must wear a mask as needed
- Standing for long periods of time
- Vaccinated against Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), TD/TDAP, and COVID-19
- Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
