About the Role :
We are seeking top-notched, motivated dog groomer for our state-of-the-art mobile grooming van. We provide a premium pet grooming service to our clients, and take pride in our groomer first culture! Our philosophy is simple : If our staff is happy, our clients are too.

Responsibilities :
Take Photos of each pet after grooming
Utilize hand drying and hand scissoring techniques
Handle and groom dogs of all sizes
Keep the van clean and organized
Effectively communicate with co-workers, management, and clients
Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends
Perform professional grooming services such as bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling based on client preferences and breed guidelines
Ensure pets' safety and comfort throughout grooming by using gentle handling and positive reinforcement
Assess each pet’s coat condition, skin health, and overall well-being, and inform pet parents of any concerns via the grooming report card
Educate pet parents on proper grooming techniques and recommend suitable home grooming practices
Schedule and manage appointments to ensure timely arrivals and efficient use of time
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and amicably
Qualifications :
At least 2 years of professional pet grooming experience (Required)
Skilled in grooming all dog breeds
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, capable of safely and efficiently operating a grooming van
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with pet owners and providing exceptional customer service
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality grooming services consistently
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to keep appointments
Strong organizational and time management skills
Own grooming tools
