Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Specialist to handle scheduling operations for our mobile pet grooming business. This role requires excellent multitasking, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
Onboarding & Work Environment:
Initial onboarding and training will be conducted in person to ensure you are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in this role. However, there is an opportunity to transition to a fully remote position in the future, based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling & Route Optimization:
- Manage a high volume of inquiries via phone, text, and online platforms.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, considering customer needs, groomer availability, and route optimization.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Provide accurate service pricing and address customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Handle objections and concerns to encourage bookings and build customer loyalty.
Operational & Team Coordination:
- Maintain accurate appointment records in the internal ERP system.
- Communicate effectively with groomers and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in scheduling tools.
Experience & Technical Proficiency:
- Experience in scheduling, customer service, or related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with route optimization and Central Florida geography is a plus.
- Comfortable using ERP systems, messaging platforms, and mapping tools.
