What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Administrator position at Zoot Enterprises, Inc.?
The Executive Administrator will be a highly organized and driven professional, capable of a wide variety of tasks to assist Zoot’s Executive Team. This role will consist of managing administrative functions of the organization, such as handling important documents, scheduling and conversing by email and phone on behalf of the Executives, maintaining an organized file system, and data entry. Other key tasks include arranging travel for Zoot employees, managing the Administrative Team, creating expense reports, budgeting, assisting in staffing, policy implementation, and basic secretarial duties. The Executive Administrator must have skills in leadership, communication, time management, and standard office software. This position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer.

Physical Requirements
- All positions at Zoot require the ability to move about inside an office environment which includes the operation of computers and other office productivity machinery and frequent communications with other employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
- This position requires long periods of sitting in office at a computer workstation.
Working Conditions
- This is an onsite position located at Zoot’s headquarters in Bozeman, MT.
- This position will take place primarily in an office setting.
- This position will require travel less than 5% of the time.
