Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide information about Zoo events and services
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Process transactions using the POS system accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the front desk area.
- Assist in managing reservations for up-close animal experiences
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold food handling safety standards when serving food items or beverages.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service
- A willingness to learn
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices related to food handling is a plus.
- A team player who can adapt quickly to changing situations.
