Foster City, CAStrategy – Corporate Business Development / Full-time / HybridThe Partnerships Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with key partners in our launch cities. This role is essential in supporting service launch and scaling the business across new cities through collaborative efforts. The Partnerships Manager works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that partnerships align with the company's goals and deliver measurable outcomes.In this role, you will : Develop strategic partnership initiatives in support of Zoox’s commercial launch across multiple citiesLead the sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and management of complex partnerships that enhance service capabilities and grow our robotaxi commercial operationEvaluate multiple partner opportunities across a single partner category and effectively prioritize potential opportunitiesCollaborate with Zoox stakeholders (incl. product, engineering, operations, procurement, marketing, strategy and finance) to ensure successful partnership executionQualifications Bachelor's degree6 years of experience in partnership developmentEnd-to-end deal experience, including developing, negotiating, and executing partnershipsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in evaluating trade-offs and making high-stakes decisions on critical projectsSelf-starter with the experience to excel in a fast-paced environment and passion for working in the AV landscapeBonus Qualifications MBAExperience working with product, engineering and other technical leadersExcellent analytical skills with the ability to develop cost / benefit analyses and model dealsCompensationThere are three major components to compensation for this position : salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $142,000 to $178,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
