As Program Manager, Executive Office, you will play a key role in supporting executive operations by streamlining processes, managing reports and dashboards, and ensuring effective coordination and governance for our Executive Team. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, develop templates and training resources, and maintain key knowledge bases.
In this role, you will...
- Support executive operations by managing calendars, coordinating and facilitating meetings, and ensuring smooth execution of governance processes.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency, establish scalable processes, and streamline workflows by creating templates, dashboards, and reports to track progress and enhance visibility.
- Develop and maintain Confluence pages to centralize knowledge and improve documentation.
- Assist in project coordination, tracking key milestones, and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Facilitate training and rollout of operational resources across the company.
- Support quarterly and annual planning processes, ensuring seamless coordination across business functions.

Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position : salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $150,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
