We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Talent/Campaign Coordinator to support our talent and brand partnerships. This role will involve coordinating influencer campaigns, managing relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, influencer marketing, and brand collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing relationships with influencers, brands, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, from talent selection to content approval and reporting.
Track campaign deliverables, deadlines, and performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
Support talent with scheduling, contracts, and brand partnership requirements.
Monitor trends in social media, influencer marketing, and digital advertising to provide insights and recommendations.
Communicate effectively with influencers regarding campaign guidelines, deliverables, and timelines.
Compile reports and insights post-campaign for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in outreach and onboarding of new talent to expand the agency's roster.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
