Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is$66,500.00 to$110,800.00.

Position:
In this position, the Sr. Planning Analyst will own the analysis and relationships associated to the overall workforce management strategy. This position will be well versed in long and short-term forecasting and planning, scheduling optimization, and proficient reporting skills needed to face various problem-solving situations.
You Will:
- This individual will own and maintain long-term forecasts for the contact center driving effective results while achieving service-level commitments.
- Utilize critical thinking when working with operations partners to develop strategies that allow the company to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Acts as a liaison for operations partners and analyzes planning data to prepare reports for management review.
- Performs ongoing analysis of workforce planning strategy to ensure proper staffing and end to end optimization.
- Meets monthly with operations partners to discuss the hiring plan and recommends effective resource strategies.
- Identifies and recommends enhancements to workforce management systems to improve service-level accuracy and planning optimization
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management in quantitative field (economics/mathematics/business administration) or relevant job experience
- 3 to 5 years' experience in analysis with an emphasis in logistics and/or forecasting/planning.
- 3 to 5 years in data analytics, project management or related field
- Proficiency in critical thing and finding creative solutions to problem-solve and means of improvement.
- Proficient Working knowledge of Workforce Management Systems, Nice, IEX, or Verint preferred
- Advanced Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
