Job Summary
The Director of Sales for Zouk Group Las Vegas will oversee the sales operations, help develop revenue strategies, and drive VIP and large corporate event bookings. This role is ideal for a proactive, dynamic sales leader with 5-7 years experience in hospitality and nightlife. The Director of Sales will work closely with Resorts World Sales and other departments including; marketing, VIP hosts, and Zouk operations to ensure an elevated guest experience and maximize revenue. 75-80% outbound sales will be required from this position.

PrimaryJob Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following :
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth : Help develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and promotional opportunities. Attend industry events and industry tradeshows to stay relative and trendy in todays Las Vegas market.
Client Relations & VIP Sales : Cultivate relationships with high-profile clients, travel agents, event planners, and corporate clients to drive VIP bookings, table sales, and event reservations. Maintain a strong presence in the industry to attract high-value clientele.
Event & Group Sales : Help oversee group bookings and large events, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Manage the sales pipeline for events and maintain a strong conversion rate.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, to achieve personal and collective sales targets. Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback. Be a role model.
Market Analysis & Reporting : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay current with industry trends and refine sales strategies. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans for management.
Collaborative Marketing Efforts : Collaborate with the marketing department to support campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives aimed at boosting sales. Engage in creative brainstorming for targeted marketing and social media outreach to enhance visibility.
Customer Experience & Feedback : Ensure an exceptional customer experience, addressing client inquiries and feedback to maintain a reputation for excellence. Monitor guest satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
Required Education and Experience
Experience : 5 years of sales experience in a hospitality or nightlife setting, with a focus on VIP, event, and group sales. Previous leadership experience required.
Skills : Proven track record in revenue generation and customer relationship management, particularly within high-energy and luxury environments. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge : Familiarity with Las Vegas nightlife and hospitality trends, with established connections in the industry. Proficient in sales software, CRM systems, and MS Office.
Education : Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
Additional Skills / Abilities
Ability to maintain clean bookkeeping records.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Polished appearance and demeanor.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of Company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
At least 21 years of age.
