ShipperHQ is headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50 team members spread across the globe with 30 members based in Austin, Texas. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong collaborative mindset.

What You'll Do :

As our Sales Director, you’ll take on a hybrid role as both a strategic leader and a hands-on sales driver, leading our sales team to achieve ambitious goals while actively managing your own sales pipeline. You’ll define and execute sales strategies, work closely with cross-functional teams, and represent ShipperHQ in client engagements. Your mission is to drive revenue, build a culture of excellence, and elevate our competitive position in the market.

Your Impact :

  • Team Leadership : Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering accountability and excellence.
  • Hands-On Sales Management : Personally own and grow your pipeline, building lasting client relationships and driving sales.
  • Strategic Planning : Craft and implement sales strategies that align with revenue targets, adjusting to market shifts and emerging opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Building : Strengthen partnerships with key clients and stakeholders to support long-term revenue growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with product, marketing, and operations teams to create unified growth initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Use analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management to identify growth and improvement areas.
  • Process Improvement : Introduce processes, tools, and metrics that boost team productivity and sales effectiveness.
  • Talent Development : Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent, cultivating a high-performance, growth-oriented team culture.
  • Industry Leadership : Represent ShipperHQ at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand presence and building our reputation.

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 4 years of sales leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling teams
  • 3 years of HubSpot experience with a solid technical understanding
  • Background in bootstrapped companies, SaaS, or eCommerce, especially in high-volume sales (SMB and Enterprise) preferred
  • Visionary leader with strong analytical skills and a keen awareness of market trends
  • Collaborative, team-focused, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and leveraging data to drive results

  • This is a full-time position
  • Remote work available within the US; preference for local candidates to work in a hybrid model from our Austin, TX office two days per week
