Role
The position of the Digital Advertising Manager at ZQUARED is a pivotal role responsible for leading the advertising team, spearheading and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns to drive sales and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). This role entails strategic planning, advanced data analysis, precise keyword optimization, and comprehensive budget management. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in e-commerce advertising, particularly on Amazon, and demonstrate exceptional analytical and communication skills. The Digital Advertising Manager will lead and oversee the advertising team to ensure advertising efforts align with company objectives and market trends, ultimately contributing to the company’s overall growth and success.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Lead, mentor, and oversee the entire advertising team, ensuring all campaigns and strategies are executed with precision, efficiency, and alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
- Lead the creation, launch, and management of Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP to meet and exceed company objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and optimize ad targeting to maximize campaign performance.
Monitor and adjust campaigns to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy and sales goals.
Bid & Budget Management
Continuously monitor and adjust keyword bids to achieve optimal ad placement and return on ad spend (ROAS) and total ROAS (TROAS).
- Implement sophisticated bid strategies and budget allocations based on data-driven insights and company goals.
- Manage advertising budgets with precision, ensuring campaigns remain within allocated budgets while maximizing results and ROI.
Provide regular budget forecasts and adjustments based on performance data.
Keyword Research and Optimization
Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-converting and relevant search terms.
Continuously refine keyword lists, ad copy, and product listings to enhance campaign performance and drive sales growth.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze complex campaign data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders on campaign performance and areas for enhancement.
Competitor Analysis
Conduct thorough competitive research to stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies.
Develop and implement strategies to outperform competitors on Amazon and capture market share.
Amazon Advertising Platform Expertise
Stay up-to-date with the latest changes, features, and best practices on the Amazon Advertising platform.
Leverage advanced Amazon tools and technologies to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
Strategic Planning
Develop, present, and execute innovative advertising strategies aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
Identify opportunities for account/brand expansion and growth, and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with the brand management team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Lead and mentor the advertising team to optimize campaigns and budgets through disciplined analysis for the best possible ROAS and sales growth.

Job Qualifications:
Requirements
7 years Amazon advertising experience.
- 5 years team leadership.
- Proven track record managing $1M monthly ad spend.
- Expert in Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP.
Experience with Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar platforms.
Experience Preferred
Experience with e-commerce advertising software such as Pacvue, Perpetua, or Skai.
- Expertise in Amazon DSP and other ad display placement.
- Strong ability to influence strategy through data-driven analysis and compelling presentations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.
