We are seeking a Digital Workplace Specialist for the Re-Bath corporate IT team to drive the adoption and optimization of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools across our organization. This role will focus on improving user experience, developing solutions, and integrating Microsoft 365 services to enhance productivity and collaboration. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and a user-first mindset.
Responsibilities Include:
- Strategy & Vision: Develop and implement a strategy for Microsoft 365 collaboration tools to align with business goals. Work closely with IT leadership to refine and execute this vision.
- User Experience & Adoption: Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other tools in a user-friendly and intuitive way. Ensure collaboration tools are simple, effective, and easy to adopt.
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Assess organizational needs and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Azure Services: Support and implement Azure services, including Conditional Access, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Files, and Azure Update Manager.
- Training & Support: Provide training, best practices, and support to end-users, helping them maximize the benefits of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and Power Automate workflows to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to integrate Microsoft 365 services with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Microsoft security configurations.
- 3 years of experience deploying and managing Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Other relevant Microsoft certifications.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
