Who you are:
The ideal Director of Business Development is an experienced and strategic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) leader with a proven ability to drive growth by securing new business. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy focused on generating net new revenue and building success from the ground up.

- Strong existing relationships across various industries, with a natural ability to connect and build rapport with C-suite executives, decision-makers at all levels, and key stakeholders.
- Eagerness to work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and the marketing team to refine go-to-market strategies, align business development efforts, and help shape the company’s future direction.

Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed annual sales quotas through strategic business development, positioning, and targeted sales strategies.
- Drive lead generation, prospecting, and other sales management activities to build a robust and high-quality sales pipeline.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle for new opportunities, from initial client outreach and presentations to RFI/RFP submission, negotiation, and deal closure. Manage the contract process, including negotiating commercial terms and finalizing agreements.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and leverage JDA TSG's differentiators.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
- Develop and sustain long-term, trusting relationships with senior decision-makers at target prospects.
- Sales Pipeline Reporting: present pipeline reviews and updates to JDA TSG leadership.
- Utilize established sales processes to collect feedback and continuously refine the sales approach, ensuring improved performance and outcomes.
Your Prior Experience:
- Proven Sales Track Record: Strong "hunter" profile with a demonstrated ability to secure new logos selling outsourcing services across sectors / industries, and exceeding sales targets.
- Industry-Specific Experience: 7 years of operational experience managing BPO services and leading business development efforts in the managed services space across multiple industries.
- A history of enhancing the client experience, through a consultative approach advising clients on creating value and achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in RFI/RFP Processes: Extensive experience with vendor selection processes, including issuing and managing RFI/RFPs, and responding to client proposals with strategic insights.
- A solid understanding of how customers evaluate and make decisions regarding outsourcing and managed services, with the ability to tailor offerings to meet their needs.
