Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a professional degree in architecture or engineering, possess an architectural license or be NC registered as a Professional Engineer, and have approximately ten years' experience in architectural or civil engineering design of buildings. Five years of experience with direct oversight of construction projects is required. Additional education coursework or degrees in management, computer applications, and communications are desirable.
