Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technician
On-site: Plymouth, MI
Shift Options: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM OR 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM OR 4:00 pm-12:30 am
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technician to support operations at their closed-door pharmacy in Plymouth, MI. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team dedicated to improving the lives of patients in long-term care settings.

On-site at our client’s closed-door pharmacy - Plymouth, MI 48170
Pay Range:
💵 $18–$20/hour shift differential
What You’ll Do:
· Operate and troubleshoot automated Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment
· Fulfill bulk prescriptions and stage orders for delivery
· Maintain clean, organized workstations and ensure inventory is replenished
· Utilize Paxit Manager and Framework systems for tracking and scanning
· Perform audits, short-fill checks, and ensure prescription accuracy
· Assist in bulk labeling, “owes” processing, and resolving equipment issues
· Communicate inventory needs and workflow updates with the team
What You Bring:
· High school diploma or GED
· Active registration as a Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee (in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy)
Preferred Skills:
· Strong computer skills and attention to detail
· Familiarity with medical terminology and drug names
· Solid math and analytical skills
· Previous experience in a long-term care pharmacy (preferred, not required)
