Senior Recruiter to support luxury senior living residences - you will play a critical role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including strategic talent sourcing, candidate screening / interviewing, and offer management.
- Caregiving: Certified nursing assistants (CNAs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), med techs, memory care assistants
- Hospitality: Chefs, dishwashers, servers, receptionists
- Maintenance: Janitors, housekeepers, laundry aides
- Activities: Recreation and activities coordinators and assistants
- Nursing: Nurses, nurse assistants, nurse aides, assistant directors of nursing
- hospitality, health care, culinary, wellness, and more
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending top talent for all positions.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes by preparing interviewers, providing timely feedback, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for candidates.
- Expand applicant pools by leveraging community events, college career fairs, diverse internet platforms, and other outreach efforts.
- Oversee and manage the reference check process to ensure thorough candidate evaluations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a recruitment role, with at least 1-2 years in corporate/in-house recruitment. Healthcare recruitment experience is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to identify and attract top talent through innovative sourcing techniques, pipeline development, and talent mapping.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Strong capability to work in ambiguous situations, navigate shifting priorities, and effectively engage with diverse personalities.
