Heavy Equipment Operator – Robotic Construction Site Development
Note: This is not a traditional construction site role.

Qualifications:
- Seeking experienced operators with a strong focus on safety, skill, and productivity.
- Must take pride in workmanship, equipment, vehicles, and tools.
- 5 years of experience operating heavy machinery.
- Proficiency in operating multiple types of equipment, including excavators, backhoes, loaders, and dozers.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members on-site.
- Ability to plan, oversee tasks, and anticipate equipment and resource needs.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges proactively.
- Commitment to integrity, ethical behavior, and safety best practices.
- Must prioritize and promote a safety-first culture within the team.
- Pre-employment drug screening required.
Standard hours 8am-6pm (flexible upon agreement)
Work Location: In person
Salary : $30 - $45
