Overview: Zarephath is a dedicated behavioral health agency specializing in supporting children and families facing behavioral health challenges. Our Respite Program offers essential temporary care within our residential homes and community settings, fostering a supportive environment for children.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Shift Schedule:Friday 3pm to 10pm, Saturday 8am to 10pm, Sunday 8am to 5pm
• Escort children on community-based outings, educational, entertaining, and cultural activities
• Safely transport children in agency vehicles
• Collaborate with children on treatment plan objectives, psycho-social skills, community and family interactions, and interpersonal development
• Provide compassionate care for children aged 5 to 17 in residential settings from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum age of 21 years
• At least 1 year of experience in the behavioral health field working with youth and families
• Valid Arizona driver's license with insurability under agency policy
• Two negative skin TB tests or one negative blood TB test
• Possession of a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain one
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) and Outlook
