What You’ll Do
- Work with clients who have broad, cross-functional responsibilities to help them make strategic choices about their business and / or transform their organization.
- Lead discussions with client senior management on both client-specific matters and issues affecting the broader healthcare landscape.
- Communicate interrelated business issues with senior executives and align stakeholders across functions.
- Address situations without clear problem statements to find new solutions and / or disruptive innovation.
- Build and nurture senior-level client relationships.
- Structure and develop client deliverables in PowerPoint, including "telling the story" with supporting analysis in a clear and effective manner.
- Drive project task execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings while guiding and teaching more junior team members.
- Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects, practices, and clients.
- Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members.
- Drive business and strategy development.
- Integrate within our values-driven culture as a team player.
