Clinical Enterprise Architect
What you'll do:
- Engage with client IT teams to shape their thinking on architecture approach and guiding principles for large clinical tech transformations
- Shape cutting-edge strategies and build trusted relationships with senior IT client stakeholders
- Develop city plans for R&D IT teams and stay abreast with latest and greatest in products and platforms and how they can fit into the city plans
- Lead architecture workshops and architecture deliverables on such programs
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of of digital transformations in Clinical including systems integration
- Drive business growth by building strong client relationships to uncover new opportunities and expanding existing client engagements
- Engage with clients architects and IT decision makers as a subject matter expert on clinical data architecture and integration patterns to make the appropriate choices for tech stack, architecture and design patterns, and implementation strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and client architects to develop technical specifications for systems integration, data flow designs, and clinical solutions
- Work with onshore and offshore teams to inform price estimate, plan capacity, coordinate delivery of the end-to-end technology capability solution, report project status and act as escalation path for clients
- Ensure technical design is robust and scalable solutions consistent with ZS and industry practices; take advantage of the existing assets and maintaining a balance between architecture requirements and specific client needs.
- Mentor, develop and motivate ZS teams and people; Lead by example
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or another computer related discipline.
- 10 years’ experience, hands-on clinical systems integration and architecture experience
- Strong understanding of best practices and design patterns in areas such as systems integration, security policies, data architecture, etc. for Clinical Tech ecosystems
- Experienced Clinical Architect with expertise in SI, GxP systems, security practices
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time;
