What You’ll Do:
- Impactful Projects: Dive into challenging supply chain projects with leading companies, leveraging cutting-edge analytics to drive transformation.
- Data-Driven Solutions: Analyze complex data sets from diverse sources (client data, open data, external providers) to identify opportunities and solve critical supply chain challenges.
- Collaboration: Partner with data service providers and internal teams to develop and implement innovative solutions in areas like optimization, forecasting, and risk management.
- Project Ownership: Take full ownership of your projects, managing day-to-day activities, timelines, resources, and client communication to ensure successful delivery.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the growth of our practice by sharing your expertise through training, recruitment, and the development of internal solutions.
What You'll Bring:
- Academic Excellence: Master's degree from a top university in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Informatics) with excellent academic performance.
- Data Savvy: Proven experience (e.g., through internships or projects) in processing, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets, with a focus on supply chain applications.
- Analytical Toolkit: Deep understanding of machine learning, operations research, and/or statistical modeling techniques relevant to supply chain optimization.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, R) and strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with supply chain planning software such as Kinaxis, RapidResponse, OMP, Blue Yonder (BY), SAP IBP, or similar platforms is essential.
- Familiarity with optimization (e.g. Fico Xpress, IBM DOC, CPLEX, Gurobi, Supply Chain Guru (SCG), Anaplan, CPLEX, Llama soft, Coupa, or Optilogic ComicFrog
- Nice to have; Data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Seeking 6-14 years of experience
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
- Project Management Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for mentoring and coaching colleagues.
