We're looking for an experienced Principal Software Development Engineer-UI to join our Unified Experiences Platform team. Reporting to the VP, Software Development, you will be responsible for :
- Lead and drive the engineering effort for the development and maintenance of reusable UI components for our best-in-class design system using ReactJS / TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and software engineers, to define the vision and roadmap for the design system UI component library.
- Architect and design scalable and efficient UI component frameworks and libraries with a next generation build system.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers, promoting best practices and ensuring code quality.
- Collaborate with the UI / UX design team to ensure the design system meets the needs of the organization and aligns with industry best practices.

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission / bonus / equity (if applicable) benefits.
Base Pay Range : $175,000 — $250,000 USD
