We’re looking for an AI Enablement Specialist to join our People & Culture team. You will be based hybrid in San Jose, California or Bellevue, Washington and will go into the office 3 days per week. Reporting to the AI in HR Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of GenAI tools to ensure they meet business needs
- Supporting the implementation and optimization of GenAI workflows to improve HR processes
- Resolving technical issues and providing support to ensure seamless functionality of tools
- Delivering training and enablement sessions to help HR teams effectively adopt and utilize GenAI tools
- Contributing to the creation of user-friendly resources and documentation to support ongoing learning
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 4 years of experience in HR project/program management
- Experience with GenAI tools, such as ChatGPT, CustomGPTs, Perplexity, and other advanced models
- Experience delivering effective trainings and creating accessible user resources for non-technical audiences
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with GenAI tools

- Hands-on experience managing or supporting GenAI tools in HR or enterprise environments
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and workflows
- A passion for learning and staying updated on emerging GenAI tools and trends
