Zscaler Finance team has embarked on a journey to build a scalable Finance function. To support this effort, we are looking for a Director, Finance Process Optimization & Transformation. You will develop and maintain consistent end-to-end Finance processes and controls. You will be responsible for:
- Identity and prioritize transformation (automation and process improvement) opportunities; partner with functional and technical teams to develop and deliver on transformation roadmap.
- Drive selection, planning and implementation of finance tools / technology to support acceleration of financial processes such as procurement, payroll, close etc.
- Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, including process improvement and automation projects.
- Work with teams to define and measure key performance indicators by process area.
- Lead the development and maintenance of documentation to institutionalize knowledge; map controls to processes and support review of key risks and associated controls.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 12 years of experience in supporting Finance processes, policies, controls, and related technology. Ability to drive consistency of processes leveraging prior knowledge of industry best practices.
- Continuous improvement mindset with an ability to work in a cross-functional, global, and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working with cross-functional team members and collaborating with IT and engineering teams.
- Understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance. Experience in managing risk and control matrices.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with systems such as NetSuite, Floqast, Coupa, SuccessFactors, Dayforce is preferred. Knowledge of collaborative tools (LucidCharts, Google workspace, etc.) and Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the latest tech stack for the process area with hands-on deployment experience; knowledge of RPA, AI, ML, etc.
- MBA with Six Sigma or similar certifications.
