We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to support our Americas (AMS) Marketing team and provide operational support to scale our business. You will work with the Global Analytics / Operations team along with AMS Field Marketing to represent our marketing data, campaign management, and technology capabilities. You will be responsible for:
- Email Marketing Expertise: Focus on email campaigns for our Public Sector division, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP policies while maintaining high deliverability and optimizing audience engagement.
- Mastery of Marketing Tools: Skilled in managing and enhancing tools like Marketo and Salesforce, along with web platforms and data enrichment tools, ensuring seamless integrations and smooth campaign execution across AMS operations.
- Data-Driven Strategist: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data integrity, monitor campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive better ROI and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Relationship Builder and Team Player: Foster strong partnerships across regional and functional teams, working closely with sales, product, and marketing leaders. Leverage these relationships to align strategies, gain buy-in, and ensure success in the marketing automation function.
What we are looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- You have an ops background: 5 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in using marketing technologies to deliver marketing content across multiple channels and drive operational efficiencies.
- You have been hands-on with automation and CRM platforms: Must have significant, advanced and recent Marketo & SFDC experience, preferably with Marketo Certified Expert credentials and other marketing automation platforms (Adobe campaign, Pardot, etc).
- You have an execution mindset: Demonstrated success executing marketing campaigns with expertise using Marketo, including database management; Smart List development; setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs.
- You have a track record of success with marketing activities, managing lead databases, creating lists, building landing pages, configuring nurture tracks and promoting events.
- US Citizenship required.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with several stakeholder teams - Global/Regional marketing, IT/Data Strategy, Sales, Finance, Channel.
- You’ve been a part of building and scaling the technology infrastructure necessary for supporting global marketing initiatives.
- You have optimized processes around lead management systems, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot or similar platforms.
