We're looking for an experienced Principal Technical Program Manager to join our cloud operations team. Reporting to the Director, Technical Program Management you will be responsible for:
- Oversee all aspects of Operations Project Management, including planning, kickoff, tracking, and closure.
- Manage customer-facing project milestones, deliverables, and communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication.
- Report project status and risks to management.
- Serve as the primary contact for project status and information.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must have 8-10 years of project management experience, preferably in cloud or data center technologies.
- Experience in networking, infrastructure, and data center operations.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking.
- Proven experience in IT project management and knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science or Business
