We're looking for an experienced Director, Regional Sales to join our Enterprise Sales team. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and exceed business development and growth goals
- Hiring and develop world class Account Management talent
- Developing a regional strategy that secures new customer commitment, delivers outstanding customer value, and grows the business on this basis of value selling and realization
- Aligning with channel partners to expand our impact and ensure customers get strong value from the ecosystem
- Executing with intensity, customer focus, sales process excellence, while operating as One Team across the entire organisation
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5 years of leadership experience in software/SaaS and/or business transformation.
- Strong executive presence and c-suite connections to elevate the Zscaler brand and impact in large organizations
- Experience leading successful account teams, with a focus on customer success and value.
- Knowledge of sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment and resource allocation.
- Execution, people-management and coaching skills.
