Location : Must be on-site Hanscom AFB, MA
We are looking for a Resident Engineer, reporting to the PS Manager, to assist their clients in implementing, setting up, and managing their Zscaler solution during the duration of the project. You will be responsible for :
- Collaborating with and assisting the larger Zscaler Professional Services team to ensure the continued success of your fellow team members, Zscaler, and our customers
- Integrating with Customer's cyber security / network security team(s) to help integrate Zscaler solutions into the customer's environment by providing configuration guidance, recommendations, best practices
- Assisting customers with testing and troubleshooting. Escalate to Zscaler Support, Engineering, and Cloud Operations
- Providing regular status reports for critical incidents, projects, and proactive services to both the Customer and Zscaler teams
- Responding to unplanned events, including after hours for Severity 1 issues. This includes a willingness to work out of normal business hours without prior notice (upon customer demand), with the ability to travel to customer location(s) to assist with short-term customer goals

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission / bonus / equity (if applicable) benefits.

136,500-$195,000 USD
