We're looking for an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to join our cloud operations team and support our maturing FinOps practice. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Technical Program Management, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and manage cloud usage and spend reports, identifying cost trends and optimization opportunities using tools like Cloudability.
- Collaborate with financial and business teams on budgeting, forecasting, tagging, and dashboard analytics, including opportunities for Reserved Instance purchases and savings plans.
- Work with technical and product teams to assess business requirements and implement cost-efficient public cloud services.
- Reconcile cloud invoices against purchase orders and manage PO creation with cloud providers.
- Participate in the Cloud Center of Excellence, promoting data-driven decision-making and a cost-aware culture across engineering, finance, and business teams.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the customers assigned to this role.
- Must have 6 years total experience in Operations, Engineering, IT or related roles.
- Must have 3 years specific experience in Cloud FinOps and public cloud products (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Data Analytics, or Economics.
