We’re looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Strategy & Planning team. Reporting to the VP- Strategy Planning & Execution, you will:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects related to Enterprise Data, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among teams, track performance against commitments, and manage issues and risks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Create comprehensive project documentation, including executive-level communications, dashboards, project plans, and status reports, keeping stakeholders informed about progress, milestones, and potential risks.
- Build strong working relationships and quickly establish credibility across the organization, maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout all project phases.
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, with 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager and a strong understanding of Enterprise Data, data analytics and data governance.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects within scope and timelines, leveraging strong leadership skills and effective cross-department collaboration.
- Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana), SDLC, Agile methodologies, and a problem-solving mindset for resolving project-related issues.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, with change management expertise to guide end-users through technology transitions.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience managing projects related to Enterprise Data
- Change management expertise, particularly in guiding end-users through technology transitions.
- Proficiency with project management applications such as Asana.
