Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Mentoring: Provide leadership and mentoring to other civil and structural engineering personnel, in consultation with the Engineering Department's management.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical expert in structural engineering, developing proposals and recommendations for CSI management. Advise management on engineering projects and technical limitations.
• Project Management: Manage projects, including planning, construction, operations, and maintenance activities at the site.
• Engineering Studies: Perform engineering studies of building and equipment layouts to optimize arrangements based on cost analysis (operating and capital), processing yields, in-process time, and manpower costs.
• Safety: Prioritize safety by initiating, leading, and upholding safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a focus in Structural Design.
• 2-3 years of structural design experience.
