Director of Construction
This is a high-impact leadership role with direct access to the CEO and a clear path to a future VP position. We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee all construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for a growing team of project managers, superintendents, and construction professionals.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
- Implement best practices, safety standards, and operational efficiencies to optimize project delivery.
- Identify and mentor emerging talent within the organization to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management with a proven track record in commercial, retail, and interior fit-out projects.
- Experience in a senior leadership role such as Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, Director of Operations, or Senior Superintendent.
- Strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
