This is a high-impact leadership position that offers direct access to the CEO and a clear path to a future VP position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial, retail, and interior fit-out projects and a background in general contracting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all construction operations to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality standards.
- Strategic leadership and direction for a growing team of project managers, superintendents, and construction professionals.
- Closely collaborating with executive leadership to shape the company's growth strategy and operational processes.
- Maintenance and enhancement of relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
- Implementation of best practices, safety standards, and operational efficiencies to optimize project delivery.
- Talent development through mentorship and identification of emerging leaders within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a general contracting environment or as an Owner's Representative.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record in commercial, retail, and interior fit-out projects.
- Senior leadership experience in roles such as Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, Director of Operations, or Senior Superintendent.
- Strong understanding of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
