- Interpret engineering drawings into detailed manufacturing instructions
- Analyze nonconformances and provide instructions to technicians for rework & repair
- Participate in weekly production meetings with planning, project engineering and project management
- Provide work instructions to shop floor personnel and collaborate with project team, shop technicians, QC, QA, supply chain, and planning when issues arise
- Interface with SAP to access historical production performance data / metrics
- Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality cost performance
