- Provide technical support regarding plant equipment, process efficiency, and plant wide safety
- Provide technical assistance in the scope of engineering, preventative and predictive maintenance, and other facets of reliability engineering
- Update existing plant and maintenance equipment records and processes
- Monitor and maintain a comprehensive set of performance metrics for the plant
- Provide or improve asset reliability using analysis of equipment history and through technical skills
- Assist operators and maintenance personnel in performing preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Perform predictive / preventive / corrective maintenance, utilize computer systems and programs for documentation of maintenance / safety activities; perform time entry, enter notifications and work orders, enter corrective actions / comments
- Responsible for any modification to the preventive maintenance program that might reduce maintenance cost and downtime
- Works with project Engineering to ensure reliability of new and modified installations
- Responsible for adhering to the life cycle asset management process
