What is the position?
At ZSmart Furniture we provide our community with the BEST ways to purchase new items for your home. We offer retail, same as cash, rent-to-own, and financing! You will provide customers access to high-quality goods that are only offered at ZSmart Furniture. You will be responsible for sales growth through completed rental agreements, financing and retail sales.
Daily activities include:
Sales: Take the lead with sales in the store, and over the phone. Maintain consistent contact with previous guests and responsible for transforming all leads into successful sales.
Merchandising: Maintain an exciting store and showroom presence with organized and properly labeled product and consistent cleanliness.
Customer Service: Provide friendly, expert customer experiences. Be able to look at all situations from the customer point of view. Seek the best solutions available.
Deliveries & Pickups: Realize opportunities to get out of the store and display yourself as a willing leader by showing that no tasks are more important than the customer needs.
Service: Assist in the communication, scheduling, ordering, and sometimes assembly needed to keep customer’s merchandise performing well at home.
Credit and Collections: Assist customers with payments transactions. Assist in credit and collections activities when needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
- Experience in supervising and leading teams
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of purchasing processes and inventory control
- Familiarity with cash register operations and handling transactions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 42 per week
