• Position Summary :

As a Service Drive Inspection Technician, you will play a crucial role in our service department by conducting thorough inspections of vehicles upon arrival to identify any potential issues and ensure that customers receive top-notch service. You will work closely with our service advisors and technicians to communicate findings and support our mission of delivering an unparalleled customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Perform comprehensive visual inspections of vehicles upon arrival.
• Document and report findings, including any necessary repairs or maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with service advisors to explain inspection results and recommended services to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and service history.
• Keep the inspection area organized and in compliance with safety standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to improve service efficiency.
• Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification or training is a plus.
• Previous experience in automotive inspection, service advising, or related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
