Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle sales department. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing sales team, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the used car sales department, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Oversee the inventory of used vehicles, ensuring stock levels are maintained and inventory is properly priced and marketed.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Monitor the sales process, including vehicle pricing, trade-in evaluations, and vehicle appraisals.
- Stay current on market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive pricing and positioning.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, manufacturer standards, and legal requirements.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
