Responsibilities
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our computerized systems.
- Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed to support various projects.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Support office management tasks including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and provide administrative support as required.
