About the Role
The Vendor Returns Supervisor (Material Return Station/ZT Production Parts/Return to Vendor) is responsible for the collection, coordination, processing/and or repair of non-conforming production parts or parts rejected by IQC. Manage the end-to-end demand, supply, inspection and/or repair functions, failure analysis, accurate validation and inventory allocation of non-conforming parts. Lead a team of technicians and coordinators
What You’ll Do
- Implement efficient repair processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Responsible for day-to-day operational oversight and guidance which align with overall strategic objectives
- Develop and train team members to support initiatives
- Define and document vendor requirements to improve efficiency of parts returns
- Ensure timely processing and shipment of returned vendor material
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformance
- Manage test lab and all related functions
- Manage internal validation of inventory accuracy
- Support Lean Initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 0-2 years of related experience in a professional business environment
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Proficient with MS office applications
- Must possess strong data entry and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, verbal presentation and communication skills required
- Collaborative, flexible and adaptable
