About The Role
ZT Systems is seeking an Inventory Analyst which will be based out of our Georgetown, Texas. The Inventory Analyst must be detail-oriented, organized, and have a high level of comfort in working with numbers. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate professionally and clearly and will also have strong analytical, computer, and verbal skills. This position interfaces with Manufacturing, Sales, Inventory, Engineering, Scheduling, and Operations.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with cross functional teams to resolve investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Review previous days inventory transactions related to kitted job orders for accuracy
- Work with the Material Analyst to identify root cause and implement corrective actions for kitting discrepancies
- Understand root causes for shortages and drive actions to recover in the fastest possible duration
- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvement
- Collaborate with the team to drive the most cost-effective plan
What You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, Production Planning, Logistics, related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Expertise with MS Office applications, primarily Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, organizational, and writing skills
- Knowledge of principles and providing independent judgment and decision-making skills
- Planning, organizing, prioritizing, attention to detail and accuracy
- Information gathering and information monitoring
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and sense of discipline
- Flexibility, adaptability, and customer service orientation
