What You’ll Do
The MRS Supervisor (Material Review Station) is responsible for the coordination of the processing of non-conforming material coming from production. He/She manages the day-to-day MRS activities, ensuring that team members follow MRS process, responsible for team productivity and help manages team on the MRS floor. MRS Supervisor will help allocate manpower and lead a team of MRS agents to ensure accountability.

What You’ll Do
The MRS Supervisor (Material Review Station) is responsible for the coordination of the processing of non-conforming material coming from production. He/She manages the day-to-day MRS activities, ensuring that team members follow MRS process, responsible for team productivity and help manages team on the MRS floor. MRS Supervisor will help allocate manpower and lead a team of MRS agents to ensure accountability.
Some of the MRS Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Implement efficient MRS processes to ensure quality standards are met,
- Responsible for day-to-day operational oversight and guidance which align with overall strategic objectives
- Develop and train team members to support initiatives
- Ensure timely processing and part transfer to next teams,
- Empower team to maintain good housekeeping of MRS area,
- Address discrepancies reported by team and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve reported issues,
- Manage MRS daily functions to ensure productivity,
- Manage internal validation of inventory accuracy,
- Support Lean Initiatives,
- Participate in MRS leadership meetings to address and solve issues encountered by team members.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a professional business environment
- High School diploma or equivalent,
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Proficient with MS office applications
- Must possess strong data entry and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written, verbal presentation and communication skills required
- Collaborative, flexible and adaptable
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required,
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and aggressive deadlines,
- Requires the ability to bend, twist, pull, lift and stand for extended periods of time,
- Capable of lifting a minimum of 30lb unassisted,
- Knowledge of computer components and parts preferred but not required
- Ability to use pallet jack a plus,
- Analytical problem solving,
- Proactive, positive, deliberate, and focused thinking.
