The Final Quality Control (IPQC3) Inspection Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of production inspectors, ensuring that production delivery and quality metrics are met. The IPQC3 Inspection Manager will focus on employee productivity, quality, safety, and training, typically supervising a team of supervisors, leads, and inspectors.

- Provide Work Direction to the Extended Team
- Communicate overall priorities to the extended team of supervisor and team leads to meet company goals :
- Ship date (day / week / month)
- Quantity of units
- Aged units
- Capacity
- Efficiency
- Quality issues from production and / or vendors
- Safety & 6S
- Lean Tools
- Problem solving tools and Action plan (PDCA).
