Must Have Technical / Functional Skills
- Provide support for the SAP SD module, including user assistance and training.
- Analyze and optimize existing processes in close collaboration with relevant departments.
- Gather departmental requirements for IT projects, including process analysis, consulting, and documentation.
- Design processes, create business and technical specifications, and coordinate with development teams.
- Oversee test monitoring, go-live phases, and roll-outs of solutions.
