Job Role Controls Software Engineer (Battery) Location: Erie, PA/Mountain View, CA
Job Description
- 5 years in design and development of battery SW and control systems.
- Experience with requirements management and test tracking tools. (Jira, Jama, Doors, TestRail, etc.)
- Experience and knowledge in Agile development methods.
- Design and release of BMS software and controls
- Responsible for the design, development, specification, and of ESS (Energy Storage Solution) Li-ion Battery Management System, hardware, software, and controls
- Manage the field data analytics team in developing tools and methodologies to report on battery system operation.
- Development of battery algorithms deployed at the edge and in the cloud to provide industry-leading controls and analytics.
- Coordinate the development and release of BMS and analytics Software.
- Working with HW and SW engineering, developing HIL and SIL testing tools
- Work with project/product management to track and maintain the schedule.
