Job Summary

• Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our IT team, specializing in video engineering projects.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, particularly within the IT and video engineering sectors, and will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and video engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and project success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
• Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any issues that need resolution.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT and video engineering projects.
  
  

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA), and familiarity with video engineering technologies.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Leadership Skills

• Proven ability to lead and manage project teams, with a track record of successful project delivery. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud-based video processing and streaming technologies.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Knowledge of video compression standards and codecs.
