Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the support team to support applications on Manhattan Active.
- Work closely with CoE to establish a good understanding of warehouse improvements and support.
- Configure and customize WMS to fit into customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and suggest fixes to the Manhattan team.
- Provide support during business hours and warehouse hours.
Generic Managerial Skills: Managing the team for shifts, and weekend activities.
