Key Responsibilities :
1. Budget & Financial Management :
Oversee and manage a significant budget for paid social funding.
Collaborate with the financial team and agency on monthly financial reviews and reporting.
2. Creative Briefing & Messaging Strategy :
Develop and execute creative briefs for paid social campaigns on platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest.
Drive messaging strategies aligned with brand and channel goals.
3. Collaboration Across Teams :
Work closely with the paid media team, channel activation team, and agency partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Coordinate with site merchants to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
4. Channel & Platform Management :
Handle activation and performance tracking for key paid social platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
5. Tools & Analytics :
Utilize Airtable and Excel.
