Job Summary
- Establish and adapt best practices for configuring automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Make informed recommendations to process users
- Develop and administer automation solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs and requirements
- Collaborate with the IT department from the customer side
- Work closely with customer stakeholders and the offshore team to design and implement the required solution
- Require 10-12 years of IT experience with at least 3-4 years of experience in ServiceNow Development/Configuration
- Proven experience in implementing one or more applications/modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalog) on the ServiceNow Platform
- Good experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs, and JavaScript
- Excellent attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective time management skills
- Prior experience in working with an onshore/offshore model.
